I think Sandbar, cause someone is expecting little baby "Half Shot", and i can't think of any imaginary pregnacies that smoke cigarettes, and holla out from the womb in southpark, but hey, i could be wrong...who knows that could be the next big plot on next weeks episode.

Actually, I believe in South park, the Librarian or something had a fetus-twin that lived in her neck .... that might be wierder than rum-drinking, menthol smoking Baby Halfshot!
